Qimera Scene System

Important: A Scene is the starting point for every Qimera project—nothing renders, tracks, or plays until at least one Scene is selected. Think of a Scene as a preset that tells Qimera what to draw, where to place it, and how to output it.

The Scene System is Qimera’s one‑click preset manager.
A Scene captures all critical settings—camera positions, lens data, layers, lighting, media sources, input/output routes, console variables, and more—so you can jump from one setup to another instantly without rebuilding your project.

Why Use Scenes?

Even though a Scene is mandatory, it is also your key productivity booster:

  • Rapid location changes – Switch between virtual sets (Studio ANewsroomWeather Wall) with zero downtime.
  • Camera presets – Recall matched lens, focus, exposure, and color‑grade settings per shot.
  • Operator safety – Minimize on‑air mistakes by encapsulating dozens of parameters in a single preset.
